2017 CHFA Income Limits Increased

Exciting news coming to those of us in Colorado. Due to the insane real estate market here in Denver, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) has increased the income limits to go with increased home prices we’re seeing locally.
The income limits vary based on which county the property is in and how many people are part of the household. For more details about the CHFA income limit increase and all CHFA home loan programs, please contact me.
